Why meter on active keywords instead of ad spend?
Because the thing that wins on Apple Search Ads is testing more keywords, not spending more money. Each active keyword is one live bet. Your plan is how many bets you can run at once. Pause a loser — manually or with a stop-loss suggestion — and the slot frees up instantly, so the cap rewards the test-pause-replace loop instead of taxing your budget. We never track or limit how much you spend on Apple.
What counts as an 'active' keyword?
Any keyword currently in ACTIVE status — live and spending. Paused keywords don't count against your limit and never get deleted. So you can keep hundreds of tested keywords on file and only pay for the ones running right now.
What is the automatic stop-loss?
Every active keyword is watched against your performance data. When one burns budget without converting, you get a one-click pause suggestion to stop the bleeding — so a bad keyword costs you a few dollars, not your whole budget. It's available on every plan, including Free.
What is the Orchestrator?
Suggestions are one-click actions you approve. The Orchestrator goes further: you attach a strategy (PROBE, ANCHOR, BURST, or your own) to a campaign and it manages bids and budgets for you based on real performance. Available on Pro and Agency.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. If a downgrade puts you over the new active-keyword limit, your campaigns keep running — you just can't add new active keywords until you're back under the cap.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually saves you roughly 15% versus monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual anytime from your billing settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. For Agency plans we also offer invoice-based billing — contact us to arrange it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the current period, after which you drop to Free — your data is never deleted.
